Intuitive health Coaching

Professional consulting on lifestyle habits, assisting and motivating individuals to improve or enhance their health and well being

Health coaches work closely with the recommendations of other healthcare providers (i.e. physicians, dietitians) and clinical research in curating a plan of action, and motivating during the execution process, for each client.

Change is stressful and takes energy; emotionally, physically and spiritually. As an integrative health coach I utilize different modalities all involving ways to harness self-awareness; giving individuals the space and patience to create change while also navigating the other dimensions of life. If you have questions or concerns in taking the next step send me a message and receive a free consultation.

Functional Fitness

Mindfully exploring and trusting the capabilities of the body, strengthening the seamless connection of the mind/body/spirit to actively adapt and evolve.

Specializing in a variety of physical disciplines, and having trained and competed myself (i.e. triathlons, Spartan, USA Yoga), I have suffered injuries of which I have used Functional Fitness to rehabilitate. This is where an individual can slow down and focus on form/technique, connection with breath, and the vibrancy in which is created through movement.

Functional Fitness is for everybody, whether a conditioned athlete or looking to exercise for the first time. Expect each session to be unique to you, encompassing skills that will balance and strengthen your mind-body connection. In working together we can safely go to your edge and have the opportunity to learn and grow beyond boundaries.

“Form is function”, without the proper form the function of an activity can change dramatically resulting in an unintended outcome.

Functional fitness aids to,

  • Alleviate pain

  • Prevent injury

  • Rehabilitate from injury or imbalance in the body

  • Improve endurance

  • Improve Cardiovascular health; aid in lowering blood pressure and cholesterol

  • Assist in safely starting an exercise regime

  • Build strength

  • Gain balance and stability in joints

  • Train for an triathlon or race

  • Lose weight, put on muscle

  • Increase flexibility/range of motion
