Shoulder care is one of the most important things to focus on when building a strong yoga practice. The ability for us to breathe proper is dependent on shoulder mobility. Opening the shoulders opens the heart, and shifts your breath to create a different energy in the system. In this workshop, you will learn techniques to open and strengthen your shoulders, and how the breath is connected to it all. Taylors approach introduces new concepts she's developed with her Method called DIEP Fitness & Exploration.
Once the shoulders are warm, conditioned and open Taylor will guide you into becoming a master of your Chaturangas. Practice techniques that will inform your body for remarkable strength.
