Arrive on a light stomach, wear active shoes or barefoot, loose clothing you’re comfortable to sweat in (it may happen).
You may bring mat or cushion, however their are seats/benches made from trees available to you.
Bring a journal, pen, and water.
Directions: Part in the back parking lot. Walk toward the cabins left, when facing the water- not toward the tennis courts. Follow the stone covered path towards the woods and trees. There is a dirt path with railings, hold on to the rail and make your way down the path into the trees.
