In her workshop: "Cognitive Brain + Body Transformations", Taylor coaches physical movement, breath & stillness to guide the body AND nervous system congruently, achieving elevated benefits of exercise, Yoga, mental performance, and play.
Everyone can find a flow within Taylor's system, which uses postural facilitation techniques, 'Vagal' toning exercises, individualization, Breath work styles, and the science behind it all!
This will transform how you move; how you think about movement, and how you engage with your natural surroundings.
Taylor uses her extensive background in the sciences, and adept experience in fitness, meal design & cognition, to bring you the BEST type of energy !
You will leave with more focus, energy, awareness, muscular circulation, neurological networking and many more beneficial stimulating effects.
Come with a Yoga Mat, Towel, water, comfortable clothes (like you were going to a yoga class), an extra layer or light blanket for closing breathing exercise. You may bring a pad and writing/drawing instrument if you feel called to take notes during the workshop.
Please finish your last big meal 4 hours before class or last light meal 2 hours before class.
Expect to begin a transformation, becoming inspired to use the tools you need to continue even once you walk out the door.
