The Science and practical method of Yoga can be developed through Asana and pranayama (breath control) techniques.
From the “Ghosh” Lineage originates the 84 class & 26 series. The Master, or Advanced class (84 poses) serves those of you curious; seeking a deeper exploration into the vibration or their tissues, observing how these frequencies shift within the various shapes constructed during class. You will have opportunities to adventure, play, focus, laugh, and observe.
The class is heated, combining the 26 postures from the beginners class with other more technical postures requiring specific strength, balance, flexibility; all embodied with devotion & humility.

You will learn drills and practice posture(s) that integrate well with other styles of Yoga. And have the time to practice more challenging postures, celebrating each other in the room along the way.


Taylor encourages each Yogi to use their experience as a reference, a path for noticing and dissolving or disillusioning through the process of discipline, focus and letting go.


Prepare as you would for 90 26/2 class. Eat light and finish your largest meal 4hours before class.
